A house right on Cha-am Beach

The house is about 10 m from the sea, so you can walk down to the beach almost straight away. Ruean Soi Fa, a Thai and seafood restaurant on Cha-am Beach, is about 1 km away.

There's plenty of parking, with room for 4 cars inside the fence and several more in front of the house. Buses can park here too, so groups that rent a bus together don't have to look for parking far away.

A saltwater pool and a children's pool with jacuzzi jets

The saltwater pool is 3 × 8 meters and 130 centimeters deep, while the children's pool is 50 centimeters deep with jacuzzi jets. There are 5 life jackets each for children and adults.

5 children aged 9 or under can stay free (sleeping with their parents).

Five bedrooms, some by the pool and some by the lagoon

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, in the living room zone next to the pool. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, in the rear zone next to the lagoon.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two 5-foot beds and use the bathroom in the upstairs living room zone, while Bedroom 5 has three 5-foot beds. Amenities include hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

A karaoke room, a kitchen and check-in day extras

There is 1 karaoke room with a Smart TV for singing via YouTube. Outdoor noise is allowed until 23:00, and indoor noise is allowed all night.

The kitchen has a moo kratha grill, a shabu pot, a barbecue grill, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, wine glasses and a 200-liter ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.

On check-in day you get 1 sack of ice, 1 pack of drinking water and 3 bags of grilling charcoal. If that's not enough, 10 kg of ice is 100 baht per bag and charcoal is 40 baht per bag, orderable until 18:00. The dishwashing fee starts at 500 baht.
