A pool at home instead of driving to the beach

The house is about 10.6 km from the sea, so the day revolves around the 4 × 8 meter swimming pool, which is 1.4 meters deep. The house doesn't list a separate kids' pool, so parents should keep a close eye on young children.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, you can carry on indoors with the doors properly closed.

Four bedrooms with a well-planned layout

Bedroom 1 has 1 bed (6 ft) and bedroom 3 has 2 beds (6 ft); both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has 1 bed (6 ft).

Bedroom 2 has 1 bed (5 ft) and 2 bunk beds (3 ft), ideal for older kids who like sleeping on the top bunk. The house has 4 bathrooms in total.

Pets, the kitchen and extras you can order

Dogs under 10 kilograms are charged 300 baht each, and cats are also 300 baht each, so families with cats can bring them along.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and an ice bucket. Ice comes in 10 kg bags at 100 baht per bag, and charcoal is 20 baht per bag, which can be ordered through the housekeeper once a day. If the ice runs out, you can order more from the shop next door and buy as much as you need.

There is parking for 2 cars on the property and 5–6 cars outside.
