The 3 × 12 meter swimming pool comes with a clear acrylic glass wall and a 12-meter-long slide to whoosh down into the pool. Older kids and adults who love the water can spend the whole afternoon here.
The house is right on the sea, and Mai Ru restaurant is only about 33 meters away.
Six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 6-foot bed, and bedrooms 3 to 6 each have two 5-foot beds, with bedroom 6 listed as accommodating 4 guests.
Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a hair dryer, and the house provides shower cream and shampoo for free.
Big meals without worrying about the dishes
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, an ice bucket and a mortar. The house asks you to bring your own seasonings.
When you check in, you'll receive 5 bags of charcoal, 2 sacks of ice and 2 packs of drinking water, and after meals the housekeeper washes the dishes at no charge.
Convenience store, ATM and pharmacy near the house
The 7-Eleven Cha-am Beach branch is about 202 meters away, an ATM about 210 meters, and Charoensuk Pharmacy about 239 meters, so you can walk over to buy anything you forgot.
7–8 cars can park inside the property. For anyone bringing pets, the house charges 500 baht per pet per night.
