The same bed size throughout the house
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have one 6-foot bed each, for a total of 3 beds at 6 feet that sleep 6 guests, so nobody has to fight over who gets the big bed.
Another 4 guests can use the 2 extra 6-foot mattresses the house provides, for sleeping arrangements for 10 guests in total. Larger groups should ask the team about bedding before booking. 2 children aged 7 stay free.
A 150 cm deep pool and outdoor meals
The swimming pool is 4 × 7 meters and 150 cm deep. The house provides kids' life jackets for swimming, and there's an outdoor dining table for eating together by the pool. The house is 4 km from the sea, so it's a place for relaxing at home.
Noise is allowed outside the house until 21:30. After that you can continue indoors with the doors closed so the sound doesn't carry outside, so any group sitting outside should move indoors before 21:30.
Kitchen and extras to order
Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave and a toaster, plus a 5-liter ice bucket. Charcoal can be ordered at 40 baht per bag, and ice at 60 baht per bag.
A 7-Eleven is about 630 m away, Lotus's about 670 m and Primo Market about 740 m, while Krua Khun Phak restaurant is about 630 m away. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 more outside.
Bringing pets? Know the rules
The house accepts pets for a fee of 300 baht each. The key rules are no pets in the pool and none on the beds or sofas, so keep them in the designated area throughout your stay.
If your pet needs a vet, Better Pet animal clinic is about 700 m from the house.
