Hang out until morning, but karaoke must be booked extra
According to the house details, noise is allowed outside until morning, and indoors until morning as well. The living room has a smart TV for movies or music during get-togethers.
The house has no karaoke installed. If you want it, let the housekeeper know: YouTube karaoke costs 1,000 baht, must be requested within 1 day in advance, and isn't available if another guest has already booked it.
Bedrooms spread over three floors
Bedroom 1 is on floor 1, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on floor 2, with one 6-foot bed, and bedroom 3 is on the right side of floor 3, with 2 sets of 4-foot mattresses laid out.
The house has 1 shared bathroom, and the bathroom on floor 3 has a bathtub. Every bathroom has a water heater, and amenities include towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and 1 hair dryer.
A 3.2 × 7 meter pool, and your pets too
The pool is 3.2 × 7 meters and 1.2–1.50 meters deep. Ice is 50 baht per bag (10 kilograms per bag) and charcoal is 50 baht per bag; you can order delivery from a shop for a delivery fee of 100 baht per trip.
The house accepts dogs and cats at 500 baht per pet per night. Bring your own pet bedding, cats must have a litter box in all cases, and please let the house know before your stay if you're bringing pets.
