Walk to the sea, then come back for a dip in the pool

This house's selling point is its location, just 100 m from Jomtien beach. Along the way there's 7-Eleven about 140 meters away, Pitstop Pizza about 170 meters, and an ATM about 180 meters.

The 4 × 8 meter pool slopes from 120 to 150 cm deep, and there are 3 children's life jackets. The owners provide 1 bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal to get your barbecue started.

Two bedrooms downstairs, two upstairs, all en-suite

Downstairs, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 6-foot bed, ideal for older guests who'd rather not climb stairs. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two 6-foot beds, and Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds.

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a water heater, towels and a hair dryer.

A kitchen with a shabu pot, an electric pan and two kinds of stove

The kitchen has both a gas stove and an electric stove, with pots, pans, a steamer, a rice cooker, a toaster, a microwave, an electric pan, a shabu pot, a mortar and pestle, wine glasses and an ice bucket.

If you need more, ice is 60 baht a bag (minimum 2 bags for the shop to deliver), charcoal 35 baht a bag or 3 bags for 100 baht, and drinking water 40 baht a pack, orderable from the housekeeper until 18:00 at the latest.

Noise and parking

Inside there's 1 smart TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium. House rules allow speakers indoors only, with no speakers outside the house. Loud noise must stop after 22:00, after which you can move inside and keep the sound going all night with the doors and windows closed.

The house has parking for 2 cars inside, so groups of 12–15 should plan to arrive in as few cars as possible. Up to 2 pets are welcome, at 300 baht a night for small breeds and 500 baht a night for large breeds.
