A multi-night stay with someone looking after the house

All four bedrooms have king-size beds measuring 1.8 × 2.0 meters and en-suite bathrooms, so everyone in a group of 8 gets an equal room.

The house provides daily cleaning and disinfection, changes the bedding and bath toiletries every day, and has a free laundry corner, making it well suited to longer stays of several nights.

A KTV room and a tea corner

The house has a KTV room with lights and sound, an open-plan lounge and a tea corner. Tea, coffee and drinks are provided free.

Noise is allowed until 23:00, and the house asks guests to keep the volume down to avoid complaints from neighbors.

A 1.40-meter-deep pool and a fully equipped kitchen

The pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.40 meters deep. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and a 32-liter ice bucket.

The house offers charcoal and ice, and children stay free if there are enough beds.

Pets are welcome, but the deposit goes up

Pets can stay at no charge, but the house security deposit rises from the usual 5,000 baht to 20,000 baht.

Free parking is in front of the house; there's no parking inside the property.

VooDoo Restaurant and Pub is about 33 meters away, the 7-Eleven Jomtien Beach Marine Beach branch about 128 meters, and Jomtien Medical Clinic about 144 meters.
