One bedroom downstairs and four upstairs

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor, while bedrooms 2 through 5 are on the 2nd floor, so anyone in the group who'd rather not go up and down the stairs often can claim the downstairs room.

Every room has the same 1.8 × 2.0 meter king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the house has 7 bathrooms in total, so there's no queue for the shower in the morning.

During your stay there's daily cleaning and disinfection, along with daily changes of bedding and bath amenities.

Walk to the sea, and bring your pets along

The house is about 300 m from the sea at Jomtien Beach, and you won't need to drive for food or supplies either: Jomtien Medical Clinic is 144 meters away, the 7-Eleven Jomtien Beach Marine Beach branch is 128 meters away, and for late-night hunger, VooDoo Restaurant and Pub is only about 33 meters away.

Pets stay free, but be aware that bringing pets raises the house security deposit from the usual 5,000 baht to 20,000 baht.

Behind the house is a pool 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.40 meters deep, with fancy pool floats for lounging on the water.

Sing until 23:00, then do the laundry before heading home

In the evening, the group of ten can gather in the KTV room with its lights and sound system, or sip free tea and coffee in the tea corner and the open-air lounge area. Noise is allowed until 23:00, and please keep the volume down to avoid complaints from the neighbors.

Another corner that guests staying several nights will love is the free laundry area, where you can wash your swimwear before packing to go home.

Kitchen, ice bucket and parking in front of the house

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and a 9-liter ice bucket. The house provides charcoal and ice as a service.

This house has no parking inside the property; all cars can park in front of the house for free. Children stay free if there are enough beds.
