Montrio Villa Pattaya: 4 identically laid-out bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Montrio Villa Pattaya is a four-bedroom house for 12–18 guests. Every room has the same bed setup and an en-suite bathroom, so each family can take a room without anyone feeling short-changed. Outside there's a 4 × 10 meter saltwater pool with a jacuzzi and a separate kids' pool.

Four bedrooms, and no one gets a smaller room

Bedrooms 1 to 4 are all set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed paired with one 3.5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Ideal for trips with several families: parents take the big bed and kids the small one in the same room.

The ground-floor lounge area has 1 more bathroom for those coming out of the pool or guests relaxing downstairs. The bathrooms have bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton buds, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and a clothes-drying rack.

A big pool, a jacuzzi and a kids' pool in one place

The saltwater pool is 4 × 10 meters and 130–140 centimeters deep, with a jacuzzi and a kids' play zone. The separate kids' pool is 150 × 180 centimeters and 40 centimeters deep, and there are 2 loungers by the pool.

The house is on the side opposite Jomtien Beach, about 7.5 km from the sea, so most of the day is spent around the pool. Children under 6 years old stay free, up to 4 children.

An electric-stove kitchen and ice ready for you

The kitchen has a 4-burner electric stove with a hood, plus pans, pots, a spatula, plates, bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a mortar, an electric kettle, a microwave, knives, a cutting board, a refrigerator and grilling tongs.

The 40-liter ice bucket comes with 1 large bag of free tube ice, and there is 1 free pack of drinking water (12 bottles). If you'd rather walk out to eat, Pepper & Salt restaurant is about 195 meters away, while 7-Eleven and Big C Express are about 625 and 629 meters away.
