Prime Asia C5 is a three-story, five-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area, 1.4 km from the sea, sleeping 12–15 guests. Bedroom 5 takes up the entire 3rd floor, and there are 3 bathtubs, a party room and an outdoor shower. The pool is up to 1.8 meters deep.

Three floors, five bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is on floor 1, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite. On floor 2, bedroom 2 on the left has one 6-foot bed plus 1 extra 3-and-a-half-foot mattress and an en-suite, and bedroom 3 on the right has one 6-foot bed, with its bathroom just outside the room.

Bedroom 4 is in the middle of floor 2, with two 3-and-a-half-foot beds and no bathroom; it shares the bathroom with the room on the right. Bedroom 5 takes up the entire 3rd floor, with one 6-foot bed, an en-suite and 1 extra mattress.

Bathtubs, a party room and an outdoor shower

There are 3 bathtubs, in the left and right rooms on floor 2 and in the top room on floor 3. Every room has a water heater. The party room has 1 bathroom, and there is also 1 outdoor shower.

The small bathroom on floor 1 by the kitchen has only a toilet and no shower. Towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, garbage bags and 1 hair dryer are provided.

A 1.8-meter-deep pool and noise allowed all night

The pool is 4 × 8 meters; the entry area is 1.2 meters deep and the main pool is 1.8 meters deep, so weak swimmers and children should take extra care. Up to 2 children aged 7 or under stay free, but no children's equipment is provided.

Noise is allowed all night here, but there is no karaoke. If you want it, book in advance with the housekeeper; the YouTube karaoke service costs 1,000 baht.

Kitchen, washing machine and costs during your stay

The kitchen has a rice cooker, a blender, an oven, plates, bowls, knives, spoons, a mortar and pestle, and a barbecue grill, plus a 100-liter ice bucket. The living room has a smart TV, and the house has a washing machine (no drying rack).

Ice is 50 baht per 10 kg bag and charcoal 50 baht per bag, delivered by a local shop with a 100 baht delivery fee per order. Cleaning costs 1,000 baht per session, with 1 free session for 3-night stays. Water and electricity are included.
