A bedroom layout worth checking on video before booking

All five bedrooms have one 6-foot bed each, plus 2 extra mattresses. Bedroom 1 is on floor 1, and bedrooms 2 and 3 are on floor 2; these three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 (floor 3) connects to bedroom 2 via a staircase up from bedroom 2 and has no bathroom. Bedroom 5 (floor 3) connects to bedroom 3 via a staircase up from bedroom 3 and also has no bathroom.

Bedrooms 4,5 have no doors and open through to bedrooms 2,3 in duplex style, so each pair suits people who are close, such as parents and children. The house asks you to watch the video before deciding to book.

A sloped pool and no need to cut the music early

The 3.50 × 7.20 meter pool is sloped, from 1.20 meters deep at the entry down to 1.50 meters. Inside, there is a smart TV in the living room for watching together.

Noise is allowed all night here, so groups planning a long party don't have to watch the clock.

Karaoke must be ordered in advance

The house has no permanent karaoke. If you want it, please let the housekeeper know; the YouTube karaoke service costs 1,000 baht, must be requested at least 1 day in advance, and is not available if another guest has already booked it.

Kitchen, amenities and extra costs

The kitchen has a rice cooker, a blender, an oven, plates, bowls, knives, spoons, a mortar and pestle, and a barbecue grill, along with a 100-liter ice bucket. Every bathroom has a water heater, and there is 1 hair dryer plus towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Ice can be ordered at 50 baht per 10 kg bag and charcoal at 50 baht per bag, with a 100 baht delivery fee per order (delivered by a local shop). Cleaning costs 1,000 baht per session, with 1 free session for 3-night stays. Note that the house cannot issue cash receipts.

Bringing a dog or cat, and parking

Dogs and cats are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night. Please bring your pet's own bedding, cats must have a litter box, and always let the house know before your stay.

There is parking for 1 car inside, 1 more on the estate road and 2–3 cars outside the estate. Groups arriving in several cars should try to come in as few cars as possible.
