Caribbean is just a 150–200 meter walk from Jomtien Beach and accommodates 15–20 guests. It has a 4 × 9 meter pool alongside a kids' pool 65 cm deep, five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and beachside restaurants, a 7-Eleven, a bank and a clinic all within 200 meters of the house.

Step out the door and walk to the beach

The house is close to Jomtien Beach, about a 150–200 meter walk away. Around the house are Kasikornbank Jomtien 3 Pattaya, about 90 meters away, Rimtlaad Seafood restaurant, about 90 meters away, 7-Eleven Jomtien Beach Soi 14/1 branch, about 110 meters away, and Jomtien Medical Clinic, about 180 meters away.

There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 4 in front of the house. If you come in several cars, there is a private car park nearby, a 1-minute walk away, at 100 baht per car.

A deep adult pool and a separate kids' pool

The private pool is 4 × 9 meters and 145–150 cm deep, suited to adults who can swim, while kids play in the kids' pool, which is 65 cm deep. The house has 2–3 children's life jackets and fancy pool floats.

Bringing audio equipment or speakers outside the house to the pool area is strictly prohibited. Noise is allowed around the house until 22:00; after that, noise can continue indoors all night with the doors tightly closed.

Five bedrooms, comfortable for up to 17 guests

Bedrooms 1–3 each have one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 5 has two 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom; the living room shares a bathroom with a bedroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom outside.

The house can take extra guests up to 20, but more than 17 may feel rather crowded. Air conditioning covers every room in the house, and every room has a water heater and a hair dryer. Children under 7 stay free, 3 of them, when sleeping with their parents.

A kitchen ready for barbecues, and rules on cleaning up

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle, an electric pan, glasses, spoons, bowls, plates, a mortar, a toaster and a 60-liter square ice bucket. Outside there's a barbecue grill, and indoors there's cable TV and karaoke with wireless microphones.

Ice is 60 baht per 10 kg bag and charcoal 40 baht per bag or 3 bags for 100 baht, orderable until 18:00. After meals, please put garbage in the containers or bags provided and clean up properly; otherwise there is a 1,000 baht fine, to keep ants and insects away.
