New Day: A 10-meter slide and a separate kids' pool · Pets welcome

New Day is a four-bedroom house opposite Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach that sleeps 14–18 guests. The pool area has a 10-meter slide, a main pool and a separate kids' pool, so it suits families bringing kids of different ages, and you can also bring pets weighing up to 20 kilograms.

A pool area split between little kids and older kids

The main pool measures 10 × 4 meters and is 150 centimeters deep, with a 10-meter slide running into it, so older kids and adults can slide into the water all afternoon.

Little ones have a separate 2 × 2 meter kids' pool, 60 centimeters deep. The house provides 3 kids' life jackets and 1 adult life jacket; if you have several young children, bring extra of your own.

Bedrooms arranged for several families

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds and bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed. These two rooms share a bathroom, so they suit one family sleeping side by side. Bedrooms 3 and 4, on the 2nd floor, each have two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom.

There's also 1 shared bathroom, but it has no shower. Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 3, sleeping with adults.

Pets, the kitchen and things to order ahead

The house accepts pets weighing up to 20 kilograms at 300 baht each per night.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so please bring your own. Ice, charcoal and drinking water can be ordered from the house until 18:00 at the latest.

Keep playing indoors all night

The house has a 7-foot pool table, YouTube karaoke and 2 smart TVs. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that you can move indoors and keep playing all night.

The sea is about 5.2 km away. Nigiwai restaurant is about 490 meters away, and the 7-Eleven at Panyapiwat EEC Khao Chi Chan is about 840 meters away. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 more in front of the house.
