Every bedroom has its own bathroom

Big groups often get stuck queuing for the bathroom in the morning. Here, bedrooms 1 to 9 all have en-suite bathrooms. Most bedrooms have 6-foot beds, while bedrooms 2 and 5 have an extra 3.5-foot bed, ideal for families sleeping together with their kids.

Bedrooms 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 have bathtubs. Every room has a water heater, hair dryer, fridge, TV, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags. There is a TV in every room, but only rooms 3, 7 and 8 have smart TVs.

A kitchen for Thai barbecue and shabu dinners

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. Its highlight is having a barbecue grill, a Thai barbecue grill and a shabu pot, so a big group can split into different dinner circles on the same night.

No seasonings are provided in the kitchen, so please bring your own. The house gives you 1 bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal, plus 2 free bottles of drinking water per room. If that's not enough, you can order ice for 50 baht and charcoal for 25 baht, with delivery until 20:00. The rooms also have drinking water and snacks for sale, with price tags.

Clean up properly after a big meal, as there is a dishwashing fee of 500–1,500 baht depending on the situation.

A 10-meter pool and YouTube karaoke

The pool is 3 × 10 meters and 1.5 meters deep, long enough for adults to swim back and forth. The house is across from Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach, about 4.4 km from the sea, so it's a house for spending time at home rather than going to the beach.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until 23:00. The YouTube karaoke makes it easy to pick songs.

Children, extra guests and pets

Up to 5 children under 10 stay free when sleeping with their parents. Extra guests cost 500 baht per person, with extra beds for up to 7 guests.

Pets are welcome at 300–1,000 baht per pet per night; please always let the house know before booking. There is parking for 9 cars inside.
