Room to park even if you drive several cars

There is parking for 6 cars inside the property and 3 more outside, 9 cars in total, but there is no parking for buses, so groups renting a bus need to find a place to park in advance.

The pool is 3 × 6.5 meters and 100–140 cm deep. The house doesn't keep children's or adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, please let the house know (available on request).

Seven bedrooms plus one shared bathroom

Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 7 each have 1 6-foot bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have 2 3.5-foot beds, while Bedroom 6 has both a 3.5-foot bed and a 6-foot bed, 1 of each. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

Every room has a water heater and 1 hair dryer per room. The TVs in every room are not smart TVs; they receive cable TV.

A kitchen with 20 sets and a big ice bucket

The kitchen has 20 sets of plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker and 1 charcoal barbecue grill. The ice bucket holds up to 50 kg. You'll need to bring your own seasonings.

The house provides 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water. If that's not enough, you can order ice at 100 baht a bag, charcoal at 50 baht a bag and drinking water at 60 baht a pack, with orders taken until 22:00.

Karaoke in the hall and shops around the house

The YouTube karaoke system is only in the hall. Noise is allowed outside until no later than 21.30, while inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02:00.

A short walk away are the Government Savings Bank, about 120 meters, Loma Shabu (Little Walk Pattaya), about 170 meters, and Boots Little Walk Pattaya, about 180 meters.

No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 21.30. Inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02:00.
Do not move the speakers from where they are placed in the living room.
Do not exceed the number of guests you declared.
Dogs and cats are allowed for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night (no going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables, and please take care of urine, droppings and all household items). If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.
Fancy pool floats are provided to play with. If one bursts or is damaged, a fine of 1,000 baht applies (2,000 baht for large ones).
Cleaning service is available only for stays of 3 nights or more; the house will clean every 2 days, except Sundays, when no housekeeper is available.
Lost or damaged house keys/key cards 300–500 baht · late check-out 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour)
The security deposit is refunded on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
Credit card payments are not accepted.
