Three rooms downstairs, four upstairs

Floor 1 has Bedrooms 1 and 2 with 1 large bed each, plus Bedroom 7 with 1 large bed, which is located outside. Floor 2 has Bedroom 3 (1 small bed and 1 large bed), Bedrooms 4 and 5 (2 small beds) and Bedroom 6 (1 large bed).

The large beds are 6 feet and the small beds 3.5 feet, with en-suite bathrooms. The floor mattresses are 3 feet wide and 2 inches thick and come with pillows and blankets. For extra bedding, the house won't bring it into the rooms for you; the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they want.

3.5 × 7.5 meter pool

The pool is 3.5 meters wide, 7.5 meters long and 100–140 cm deep. Fancy pool floats are provided to play with; if one bursts or is damaged, a fine of 1,000 baht applies (2,000 baht for large ones).

The house doesn't keep children's/adults' life jackets in the house, so anyone bringing children should let the house know, as they are available on request. There is parking for 4 cars inside the property and 3 outside (7 cars in total), but no bus parking.

A hall for singing and cold drinks for the whole group

The YouTube karaoke system is only in the hall. Noise is allowed outside until no later than 21.30; after that, close the doors and keep singing inside the house until no later than 02:00.

There's a 120-liter ice bucket along with 1 charcoal barbecue grill. The house throws in 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings.

Good to know before you stay

No bus parking
Ice can be ordered at 100 baht a bag, charcoal at 50 baht a bag and drinking water at 60 baht a pack (orders until 22:00)
No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 21.30. Inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02:00.
Do not move the speakers from where they are placed in the living room.
Do not exceed the number of guests you declared.
Dogs and cats are allowed for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night (no going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables, and please take care of urine, droppings and all household items). If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.

Cleaning service is available only for stays of 3 nights or more; the house will clean every 2 days, except Sundays, when no housekeeper is available.
Lost or damaged house keys/key cards 300–500 baht · late check-out 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour)
The security deposit is refunded on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
