Coming with pets: what you need to know

This house welcomes both dogs and cats for a fee of 500 baht per pet/night. The conditions are no taking them into the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables, and owners must take care of urine, droppings and all household items themselves. If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.

The pool is 3.5 × 7.5 meters and 100–140 cm deep, and it is for people only. There are no children's or adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, ask the house before your stay.

Dinner from the charcoal grill

The house has 1 charcoal barbecue grill along with 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water. The ice bucket holds up to 30 kg. If you run out partway through, you can order more until 22.00: ice at 100 baht a bag, charcoal at 50 baht a bag and drinking water at 60 baht a pack.

The kitchen has 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, and a set of pans and pots. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own, and after eating you should wash everything and put it away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can help wash up for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Six bedrooms, each with a bathroom

Rooms 1 and 2 each have 1 6-foot bed. Rooms 3 and 4 each have 2 3.5-foot beds. Room 5 has one 3.5-foot bed and one 6-foot bed, and Room 6 has 1 6-foot bed.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom. The house leaves extra bedding sets in the hall for guests to set up themselves. Supplies provided are towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

A hall for karaoke and shops around the house

The YouTube karaoke system is only in the hall. Outside the house, noise is allowed until no later than 21.30, while inside the house noise is allowed until no later than 02.00, with the house doors properly closed. The speakers must stay in their original place in the living room.

A short stroll away are Loma Shabu (Little Walk Pattaya), about 150 meters, Boots Little Walk Pattaya, about 160 meters, the Government Savings Bank, about 200 meters, and Deo Dental Clinic, about 200 meters.

Good to know before you stay

Dogs and cats are allowed for a fee of 500 baht per pet (no going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables, and please take care of urine, droppings and all household items). If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.
No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
Do not move the speakers from where they are placed in the living room.
Do not exceed the number of people you declared.
Fancy pool floats are available to play with. If one bursts or is damaged, there is a fine of 1,000 baht (2,000 baht for large ones).
Lost or damaged house keys or key cards 300–500 baht
Check out before 11.00. Late check-out costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is counted as 1 hour).
Cleaning service is available for stays of 3 nights or more, with cleaning every 2 days (except Sundays, when no housekeeper comes to clean).
The 6,000 baht security deposit will be refunded on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
No bus parking
Credit card payments are not accepted.
Foreign guests, please notify in advance so the house can prepare English documents for signing before your stay, and let the house know whether you are Thai or foreign guests when you first inquire.
