A house you don't come to for music

The notes for this house state that there is no karaoke and that noise is not allowed at this house (this house only). Groups planning a loud party should choose another house, while groups who want to chat quietly by the pool won't be bothered by this.

The pool is 4 × 8 meters and 100–140 cm deep. There are no children's or adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, ask the house in advance.

Fitting everyone into six rooms

Floor 1 has two rooms, each with 1 large bed. Floor 2 has four more rooms: two with 2 small beds, one with 1 small bed and 1 large bed, and one with 1 large bed. The large beds are 6 feet, and the small beds are 3.5 feet.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more common bathroom that uses a key card system. If there are more people than beds, extra bedding sets will be waiting in the hall for guests to take and set up themselves. The rooms have water heaters and 1 hair dryer per room.

A kitchen for twenty-odd people

There are 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, along with a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a set of pans and pots, 1 charcoal barbecue grill and a 120-liter ice bucket. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.

2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water are provided from the first day. Anything that runs out can be ordered until 22.00: ice at 100 baht a bag, charcoal at 50 baht a bag and drinking water at 60 baht a pack.

The Government Savings Bank is about 119 meters away, Deo Dental Clinic 129 meters, Loma Shabu (Little Walk Pattaya) 170 meters and Boots Little Walk Pattaya 175 meters. The house is about 3 km from the sea.

There is parking for 4 cars inside the property and 3 outside, 7 cars in total, but no bus parking, so a group of 22 should come by van or in several private cars.

Good to know before you stay

No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
Do not exceed the number of people you declared.
Dogs and cats are welcome for a fee of 500 baht per pet/night. No going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables. Please take care of urine, droppings and all household items. If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.
Fancy pool floats are available to play with. If one bursts or is damaged, there is a fine of 1,000 baht (2,000 baht for large ones).
Please wash all kitchen equipment, plates, bowls and drinking glasses after use, then put them away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can help wash up for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.
Lost or damaged house keys or key cards 300–500 baht
Check out before 11.00. Late check-out costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is counted as 1 hour).
Cleaning service is available for stays of 3 nights or more, with cleaning every 2 days (except Sundays, when no housekeeper comes to clean).
The 6,000 baht security deposit will be refunded on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
Credit card payments are not accepted.
