The 12.5-meter-long pool is divided into a kids' pool 65 cm deep and a main pool 90–145 cm deep, so young children don't have to go into deep water with the adults.

The house doesn't keep children's/adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, please let the house know (available on request). Fancy pool floats are available to play with, but if one bursts or is damaged, a fine of 1,000 baht applies (2,000 baht for large ones).

Twin rooms, large-bed rooms and a Family room

There are 3 twin-bed rooms, 3 large-bed rooms and 1 Family room with 1 6-foot bed and 1 three-and-a-half-foot bed, so parents and children can sleep in the same room. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.

If there are more people than beds, there are floor mattresses 3 feet wide and 2 inches thick with pillows and blankets. The house leaves the bedding sets in the hall and doesn't bring them into the rooms; guests take them to whichever rooms they want themselves.

Supplies near the house

Villa Market is about 130 meters away, Hope Pharmacy about 150 meters and Tam Saep by Sai about 180 meters, so if you run short of anything during the trip you can walk there to buy it.

The house has a 120-liter ice bucket, 1 charcoal barbecue grill, a TV in every room (not smart TVs) and a YouTube karaoke system in the hall. There is parking for 6 cars inside the property and 3 outside.

Good to know before you stay

No bus parking
For extra bedding, the house won't bring it into the rooms for you; the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they want.
Please bring your own seasonings
No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 21.30. Inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02:00.
Do not move the speakers from where they are placed in the living room.
Do not exceed the number of guests you declared.
Dogs and cats are allowed for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night (no going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables, and please take care of urine, droppings and all household items). If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.

Cleaning service is available only for stays of 3 nights or more; the house will clean every 2 days, except Sundays, when no housekeeper is available.

The security deposit is refunded on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
