Floor 1 has Bedrooms 1 and 4 with large 6-foot beds, and Bedroom 3 with twin three-and-a-half-foot beds. Floor 2 has Bedroom 5 with a large 6-foot bed, Bedroom 6 with 1 large 6-foot bed and 1 three-and-a-half-foot twin bed, and Bedrooms 7 and 8 with twin three-and-a-half-foot beds.

This house has no Bedroom 2, so there's no need to look for it on the room plan. Every room has an en-suite bathroom. For extra bedding, the house won't bring it into the rooms for you; the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they want.

A 9-meter-long pool

The pool is 3 × 9 meters and 130 cm deep. There are no children's or adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, please let the house know (available on request).

Fancy pool floats are available to play with; if one bursts or is damaged, the fine is 1,000 baht (2,000 baht for large ones). No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 21.30.

The kitchen and freebies

The kitchen has 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a set of pans and pots and 1 charcoal barbecue grill. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.

The house throws in 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water, and there is a 120-liter ice bucket. After using the kitchen, please wash all kitchen equipment, plates, bowls and drinking glasses and put them away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash them for you for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Good to know before you stay

Loud noise allowed outside until no later than 21.30. Inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02.00.
Do not move the speakers from where they have been placed in the living room.
Do not exceed the number of people you declared.
Dogs and cats are allowed for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night
Pets may not go in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables. Please take care of urine, droppings and all household items. If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.
Cleaning service is available for stays of 3 nights or more; the house will clean every 2 days. If that falls on a Sunday, no housekeeper will be available to clean.
Lost or damaged house keys/key cards 300–500 baht · late check-out 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour)
The security deposit is returned on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
