A big pool and a kids' pool at the same house

The pool is 6.5 × 12.5 meters; the children's section is 65 cm deep and the adults' section 90–145 cm deep. There are no children's or adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, please let the house know (available on request).

Fancy pool floats are available to play with; if one bursts or is damaged, the fine is 1,000 baht (2,000 baht for large ones). After 21.30, there must be no loud noise outside the house or around the pool.

Coming by bus? Park at the soi entrance

At the moment, buses can't turn into the back because the power lines hang lower than usual. If you travel by bus, you must park at the front of the soi entrance, where 1 golf cart is on hand to shuttle you.

The house itself has no bus parking, but there is parking for 4 cars inside the property and 3 outside, 7 cars in total. Around the house are the Government Savings Bank, about 120 meters away, and Boots Little Walk Pattaya, about 180 meters away.

Seven bedrooms and a fully stocked bathroom

The rooms for two people in separate beds are Bedrooms 4 and 5, which have 2 3-foot beds. Bedroom 6 mixes a 6-foot bed with a 3-foot bed, one of each. The remaining four rooms (Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 7) have one 6-foot bed each. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.

Every room has a water heater and 1 hair dryer per room. The house provides towels, soap, shampoo, tissues and garbage bags. The kitchen has 2 sets each of pans and pots, 20 sets of glasses and 1 charcoal barbecue grill.

For extra bedding, the house won't bring it into the rooms for you; the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they want themselves.
Please wash all kitchen equipment, plates, bowls and drinking glasses after use. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash them for you for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.
No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
Loud noise allowed outside until no later than 21.30. Inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02.00.
Do not move the speakers from where they have been placed in the living room.
Do not exceed the number of people you declared.
Dogs and cats are allowed for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night
Pets may not go in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables. Please take care of urine, droppings and all household items. If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.
Cleaning service is available for stays of 3 nights or more; the house will clean every 2 days. If that falls on a Sunday, no housekeeper will be available to clean.
Lost or damaged house keys/key cards 300–500 baht · late check-out 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour)
The security deposit is returned on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
