Fitting people into rooms: large 6-foot beds and small 3.5-foot beds

All 8 bedrooms use a key card system and have en-suite bathrooms, and there is 1 additional common bathroom. The beds in the house come in two sizes: large 6-foot beds and small 3.5-foot beds.

Floor 1 has 4 rooms: Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4, which have 1 large bed, and Bedroom 2, which has 2 small beds. Floor 2 has 4 rooms: Bedrooms 7 and 8 (2 small beds), Bedroom 6 (1 small bed and 1 large bed) and Bedroom 9 (1 large bed). Extra bedding comes as floor mattresses 3 feet wide and 2 inches thick, with pillows and blankets. The house won't bring them into the rooms for you; the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they want. Note that you must not exceed the number of people you declared, and the extra guest fee is 500 baht per person.

Bathroom supplies and cleaning

Every room has a water heater and 1 hair dryer per room. Supplies include towels, soap, shampoo, tissues and garbage bags.

Anyone staying 3 nights or more gets a cleaning service, with the house cleaning every 2 days, but if that falls on a Sunday, no housekeeper will be available to clean. Lost or damaged house keys or key cards cost 300–500 baht, and a reminder that smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor may drugs of any kind be brought into the house.

A 3.5 × 7.5 meter pool and karaoke in the hall

The pool is 3.5 × 7.5 meters and 100–140 cm deep. There are no children's or adults' life jackets in the house; if you need them, please let the house know (available on request). Fancy pool floats are there to play with, but if one bursts or is damaged, the fine is 1,000 baht, and 2,000 baht for large ones. Around the pool and outside the house, loud noise is allowed until no later than 21.30; after that, move indoors, where with the doors closed noise is allowed until no later than 02.00. The YouTube karaoke system is available only in the hall, and the speakers must not be moved from where they have been placed in the living room.

The kitchen, freebies and extras you can order

Kitchen equipment includes 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a set of pans and pots, 1 charcoal barbecue grill and a 120-liter ice bucket. The house has no seasonings, so please bring your own. Freebies are 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water. To order more, ice is 100 baht a bag (about 7–8 kg), charcoal 50 baht a bag and drinking water 60 baht a pack, with orders taken until 22.00.

On the morning you leave, please wash all kitchen equipment, plates, bowls and drinking glasses after use and put them neatly away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash them for you for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Pets, parking and what to mention when booking

The house welcomes dogs and cats. Dogs and cats can stay for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night, with no going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables. Please take care of urine, droppings and all household items; if a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht. There is parking for 4 cars inside the property and 3 outside, 7 cars in total, but no bus parking. Shops around the house include a Belgian waffle shop about 110 meters away, Pattaya Specialist Clinic about 210 meters away and Bangkok Bank about 260 meters away.

Credit card payments are not accepted. When you inquire, please say whether you are Thai or foreign guests, because for foreign guests the house will prepare English documents for signing before the stay. Check out before 11.00; if you'd like a late check-out, it costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour).
