Seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom

The house is divided into 3 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs, each with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 7 have 1 6-foot bed, Bedroom 3 has 1 large bed, Bedrooms 4 and 5 have 2 3.5-foot beds, and Bedroom 6 has 1 6-foot bed paired with 1 3.5-foot bed.

Each room has a water heater, 1 hair dryer per room and a TV, which the house says is not a smart TV but receives cable TV. Supplies provided include towels, soap, shampoo, tissues and garbage bags.

For extra bedding, the house won't bring it into the rooms for you; the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they want. You must not exceed the number of people you declared, and the extra guest fee is 500 baht per person.

Dogs and cats can come along, but there are clear rules

Dogs and cats can stay for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night. They must stay out of the pool and off beds, sofas and tables, and owners must take care of urine, droppings and all household items. If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.

The hall is where the YouTube karaoke system is set up, available only in the hall, and the speakers must not be moved from where they have been placed in the living room. Loud noise is allowed outside until no later than 21.30, while inside the house, with the doors closed, noise is allowed until no later than 02.00.

No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.

The pool, floats and a kitchen with a charcoal grill

The pool is 4.2 × 8.5 meters and 110–140 cm deep. No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 21.30. The house has no children's or adults' life jackets; if you need them, please let the house know, as they are available on request.

Fancy pool floats are available to play with; if one bursts or is damaged, the fine is 1,000 baht (2,000 baht for large ones).

The kitchen has 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a set of pans and pots, 1 charcoal barbecue grill and a 120-liter ice bucket, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

The house throws in 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 free pack of drinking water. If that's not enough, you can order more until 22.00: ice at 100 baht a bag, charcoal at 50 baht a bag and drinking water at 60 baht a pack. After using the kitchen, please wash all kitchen equipment, plates, bowls and drinking glasses and put them neatly away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash them for you for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Parking, shops around the house and things to know before booking

There is parking for 6 cars inside the property and 3 outside, 9 cars in total, but no bus parking, so groups traveling by bus should check with the team first.

Near the house are the Government Savings Bank, about 120 meters away, Deo Dental Clinic, about 130 meters, Loma Shabu (Little Walk Pattaya), about 170 meters, and Boots Little Walk Pattaya, about 180 meters.

This house does not accept credit card payments and does not accept walk-in guests after 20:00. Please say when you first inquire whether you are Thai or foreign guests; for foreign guests, the house will prepare English documents for signing before the stay.

If you stay 3 nights or more, there is a cleaning service, with the house cleaning every 2 days; if that falls on a Sunday, no housekeeper will be available to clean. Check out before 11.00; if you'd like a late check-out, it costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour). Lost or damaged house keys or key cards cost 300–500 baht.
