Disco lights are installed inside the house, outside and in the swimming pool, so once evening falls, the whole house instantly turns into a party venue. Noise is allowed outdoors until 23:00, and after that indoors all night.

The house has a 7-foot pool table for taking turns while waiting for dinner, and every room has air conditioning.

A sloped pool with children's life jackets

The large pool is 10 × 4 meters with a sloped floor and a depth of 1–1.5 meters. There are 5 children's life jackets and 4 adult life jackets, and 2 bedrooms face the pool.

The house is at Nong Ket Yai Soi 7, opposite Krathing Lai Beach, about a 5-minute drive to the sea.

Five bedrooms, with bathrooms spread around the house

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a large room with one 6-foot bed and two 5-foot beds, sleeping 6 in total, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom; its bathroom is right outside the room.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are outside next to the swimming pool, each with one 5-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom, but there are 2 more bathrooms next to the pool. The house states that 14 guests can sleep on beds and 1 more on an extra mattress.

The kitchen has a gas stove, a grill and an electric moo kratha grill, plus pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, plates, cups, glasses, spoons and forks, knives, a cutting board, a spatula, a ladle, a basin, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave and wine glasses. Charcoal and ice can be ordered: charcoal 35 baht, ice 50 baht.

Pets are charged 300–500 baht per pet per night depending on size, and you should bring your pet's crate or bed.
